FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Some commonly asked questions…

I’m visiting Lake Boga, can I visit the farm for a tour of the M.E.C. and or/purchase your delicious produce?

Due to strict hygiene measures we cannot allow visitors to the farm or M.E.C. If you would like to purchase our products whilst in Lake Boga please visit one of our stockists in the township.

I’ve been buying your farm milk - do you make any other products such as butter or cream?

Yes, absolutely! We also make a divine natural pot-set yoghurt using only our fresh milk and culture. There are no added sugars, preservatives or thickeners!

Our latest addition, Belgian Chocolate + Milk has inspired us to investigate another addictive flavour so stay tuned as we develop this further!

Whilst we are constantly dreaming and thinking of additional products to develop in the M.E.C, we are only at the beginning of our dairy produce journey therefore cream and butter are only future possibilities at this stage.

Help, I’m a fresh dairy addict! How and where can I get my hands on some of your delicious tasting produce?

You’re in luck- our range of fresh dairy produce is now available in a variety of locations across a growing number of regions in Victoria. Please visit our where to buy page to find your nearest stockist.

Is your local café or grocer missing our products on their shelves? Are you the local butcher, the local baker or even the local candlestick maker and want to offer fresh, local dairy to your customers? Please contact us to become a stockist.

How and where are your products produced?

Our entire range of dairy products are produced directly on our farm in the Milk Enhancement Centre (M.E.C) located next to our dairy. We are strictly a closed-herd dairy which means we use only the fresh, creamy milk from our herd of cows. Not only does this guarantee that our milk is as fresh as possible, travelling no more than 10 metres from cow to factory, it also allows for greater control over flavour which can be influenced by environmental conditions such as feed and living conditions. This means that for most of the year our cows are grass-fed in the sunshine and due to our low stocking rate, there is plenty of pasture for all to enjoy.

Our team of ‘milk-enhancers’ lovingly hand craft each and every bottle of milk or tub of yoghurt. This means we produce many small batches rather than fewer large batches in order to capture and nurture our signature fresh flavour.
